Hunan Huae Microwave Technology Co.,Ltd. successful develop the graphene continuous microwave expansion furnace for the National Research Institute of Japan, and it put into production on November 2015.

The graphene continuous microwave expansion furnace is suitable for production of continuous graphite/graphene expansion under protective atmosphere. Graphite bulk density of 0.004g/cm3 can reach 10m³ every day in productivity, and it may varies on different conditions of grapheme/ graphite expansion bulk density. The furnace is equipped with Chinese-English touching screen interface, which contains process curve setting, alarm system, data recording, data exporting, and double-temperature area control.
